DreamCraft Stories is based in Pune, but our work knows no boundaries. We happily travel across India and abroad to capture weddings, maternity sessions, and family milestones. Destination weddings are some of our favorites, as they allow us to blend unique locations with authentic storytelling. Travel and accommodation details are discussed in advance while finalizing your package.

4. Does DreamCraft Stories provide LED wall, online streaming, or live broadcasting services?

Yes, along with photography and cinematography, we also provide additional services like LED wall setup, online streaming, and live broadcasting. These services ensure that even your loved ones who cannot attend in person can still be part of your celebration in real-time. We customize these options based on the scale and requirements of your event.

Before the shoot, we like to know a few details to make your experience smooth and personalized:

This allows you to enjoy highlights of your wedding, maternity, or family shoot almost immediately, while we continue to craft the full, polished collection of photos and videos.

8. How long does DreamCraft Stories take to deliver photos and videos?

Photos: Delivered within 10 days of the last shoot.
Videos: Delivered within 1 month, depending on the complexity and length of the project.
Albums: Delivery depends on your photo selection date, as albums are custom-designed to perfectly showcase your story.

9. Does DreamCraft Stories accept installment payments?

No, we do not offer split or installment payments. To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment at the time of booking. The total balance amount must be paid after the shoot. Please note that any photos, videos, or deliverables will not be shared until the full payment has been received.

10. Does DreamCraft Stories return the advance amount if an order is canceled?

The cancellation must be made on the same day of the booking for a full refund. Cancellations made after the same day may not be eligible for a refund, as per our booking policy.
