9. Does DreamCraft Stories accept installment payments?
No, we do not offer split or installment payments. To confirm your booking, we require an advance payment at the time of booking. The total balance amount must be paid after the shoot. Please note that any photos, videos, or deliverables will not be shared until the full payment has been received.
The cancellation must be made on the same day of the booking for a full refund. Cancellations made after the same day may not be eligible for a refund, as per our booking policy.
